Mukna is in early-access. Features and terms evolve as the platform grows; we will update this document whenever there's a material change.
2. Not a broker or advisor
Mukna provides educational content, decision tools, and access to third-party financial platforms. Mukna is not an investment advisor, not a brokerage, and does not execute trades. Nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any specific security. See the full Disclaimer for details.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mukna. You use the platform at your own responsibility and agree to comply with applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
4. Personal data and consent
To complete registration you provide basic personal data, which we process under our Privacy Policy. By creating an account you consent to this collection and processing for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy. You can review what we collect, why, and your rights there, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that happens through it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or suspected security breach.

Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to harm other users. Do not attempt to access parts of the system you are not authorized to use or compromise platform security.

Educational content, tools, and software on the platform are the property of Mukna. You retain rights to content you publish, and grant us a license to use it as needed to operate the platform.
